The verbatim record of the rulings made against the 2026-07-09 Readiness Worksheet, cleaned for the permanent file. Where a note called for further discussion rather than a ruling, it is preserved as an open thread, not resolved here.

This is the story of a session's rulings, tier by tier — canon locks, records, core content for the table, governance, the SO binder, system loose ends, production, and the threads still deferred. No entry below invents new content; it is the closed record of what a table decided, kept the way Council keeps everything: on the record, once, and standing.

TIER 0 Canon & Consistency Locks

T0.1	The “Amanda” mystery	ASR/labeling artifact — deleted. The 2026-07-08 handover is Landis alone.
T0.2	Flagged spellings	“Zard” (Cinco's true name) and “naquadah” (the generator power source) confirmed as real canon terms; “Enteoma” and “Colstok” struck as ASR garbles.
T0.3	Radek pronoun discrepancy	Radek (he, the binder's pinned scientist) and the “her” in Cinco's wire are two different people.
T0.4	Koyla / Colm near-homophone	Both names kept. Differentiated at the table by title — “the Fist” (Colm) vs. “the lieutenant” (Koyla). No rename.
T0.5	“Ladon Radim” spelling	Locked as “Ladon Radim.” “Radeem” is a dead variant. Name stays off player-facing paper until Storm Beat IV.
T0.6	“Keeper is Landis” epigraph	Included as a player-facing riddle, not a stated fact.
T0.7	Fen's identity / Water Clause	Fen is an out-of-fiction helper (tools/transcription) only — no canon status.
T0.8	MALPs & naquadah in the Ledger	Logged in canon as existing; not made pinnable resources yet.

TIER 1 Records & Minutes, post-2026-07-08 Session

TIER 2 Core Content for the Next Sessions

T2.3	Card 05 (Jumper Three) hands	Card updated; one-line NPCs written for the two soldiers.
T2.4	“Operation: Get the Wraith High”	Kept floated/optional, off the board until committed. Prepped as a backup alongside the standard torture card.
T2.5	New NPCs	All four one-liners written in signed-letterhead voice. Weighted vest belongs to John Daniels. Dionysus needs a firmer character backbone before becoming a regular.
T2.6	SO-1.2 roster update	Full roster table regenerated. Daniels is the unofficial “second officer” — the head Taxe most often turns to.
T2.7	The Brotherhood riddle	Open — production task. A magic-square riddle, in the house voice. Needs table materials: a map grid and images of the nine tablets.
T2.8	The Brotherhood's three Keeper's Seals	To be drafted once the riddle is chosen.
T2.9	Brotherhood mini-Divine-Work beats	Full beat timetable to be drafted.
T2.10	NPC-handling method	A lighter token/hand system to replace Landis-morphing, to be designed.

TIER 3 Governance & Rulings

TIER 4 Finishing the SO Binder

TIER 5 System Loose Ends

T5.3	Blank play aids	All three built. If “Fen” or “Ferren” appears in an audio transcript, treat it as a direct message from the keeper to Claude, to be surfaced.

TIER 6 Production & Print
